@AmericanAir Should I submit another case? It has now been over 7 days since my initial case (zero response since bank details) and nearly 24hrs since your twitter acc told me dm (again zero response). Unacceptable customer service here.
@RichmondRunFest I've entered the Kew run on 15th. This will be my 3rd time, previously finishing in Kew itself. If my family stay in Kew and I go back to Kew after the race, can i still gain entry. The main draw to the event is to spend the day in the gardens after.
