Frustrating doesn't even touch the sides! I have never been this angry, or upset! I am trying to arrange a funeral for a loved one. Ordered items to make the floral tributes. DPD has failed to deliver not once, not twice... but now it seems that they are going to fk up again today!
I was sat, in my gateway from 10 mins before the delivery was due, yesterday. No van went by. Then the app changed to 'sorry, we tried to deliver' making out I wasn't in! I was literally sat at the entrance!
I rang customer service, again!
Agreed that the parcel could be delivered to the nearest pick up point, today!
But, I made the mistake of trying to exp[lain to the hapless creature that I was very worried about another delivery that I was expecting on Saturday. 400 flowers! £600 worth of flowers, that HAVE to be delivered on time, and I have now discovered that DPD will be handling that delivery as well... Worried! Me? I am out of my mind!
The damn woman...
Obviously couldn't handle a conversation about 2 separate things!
Now, the delivery for the parcel that was not delivered is down for SAT LATE! WTF!
The post office will not be open SAT LATE they close at 12 noon!
I PROMISE you! If the flowers are ruined, if I don't have time to make these tributes for my friend, I will sue you for all the stress and emotional torture that you have put me through!
I have been having delivered here. Yes, it is a rural address but it has been delivered to fairly regularly. There are no reasons for this and what is more upsetting is the blatant LIES!

@DpdUkOfficial Terrible service today for my 92 year old mum who is waiting for delivery of a replacement phone which is over 2 hours late and no revised ETA. This is totally unacceptable. Over 2 hours ago, the tracking was showing her parcel was 3 stops away, we have had nothing since then.
