@LenovoSupport awful service .. failed to fix motherboard problem twice..several attempts to fix online including full factory reset..and now latest visit damaged screen and casing .. cant speak to anyone to complain to!
@Lenovo awful service from your so called premium care…failed to fix hardware problem and in the process damaged screen and cover they say you can’t speak to someone to complain .. 2 visits by on site engineer.. several failed attempts to fix in line including full factory reset
@EE totally ruined my day.. supposed to activate SIM and despite promises didn’t. Now 48hrs without a phone..Advised you can’t complain as it’s only internal. When I did complain they then closed it without saying anything . Supposed to have reopened it no confirmation

@DigitalRiverInc have had to spend times on the phone with your agents .. conflicting information.. sending my laptop to you to fix you damage it and I have to send again.. today same fault has come back and onto you again … I complained you offered me £4.36… joke!
