We are extremely excited to share that all matters related to the transfer and settlement between Supfrost and Yummi Universe have been peacefully resolved. We can happily report that there are no remaining grievances or disputes between the parties.

Through this resolution, we were able to obtain all the intellectual property rights, assets, services, code bases, internal tools, and the vast majority of the funds.

As this is all very fresh, there are a lot of moving pieces, and it will take a little bit of ramp-up time to get the ball fully moving again as we navigate this transition. We promise to keep everyone updated over the following days with progress and what's next as we take new innovative strides to reconstruct Yummi Universe and we would love the community's help with that.

We want to extend our thanks to each of you for your patience, understanding, and support during this period. We are excited to start picking up from where we left off and for the opportunities that lie ahead.
