@KolbyRizzo Hi, thanks for reaching out. Our data shows the Member Contact Centre (MCC) is the fastest way for us to respond to member calls since branch teams can’t always answer while serving members in person. The MCC is an extension of our branches & is staffed 24/7, 365 days a year.
