@DownToRey Hi there, we’re sorry for the delay in direct deposits as we worked through this issue. Our team has now worked through the backlog and all transactions have been processed. If you still are missing a deposit, please contact our Member Connection Centre at 1.866.923.4778.
Due to technical issues with a vendor, direct deposits to and from accounts are currently delayed for all Alberta credit union members. The vendor is working as quickly as possible to resolve the issues. No current timeline has been given. We’ll keep you updated as we learn more.
UPDATE 2: We sincerely apologize for the hardships caused by delays to direct deposits to and from accounts. We worked through the backlog & all transactions have now been processed. If you need support with any impacts, please call 1.866.923.4778 or visit your nearest branch
UPDATE: The technical issues that caused delays with direct deposits to and from accounts has been resolved. All scheduled transactions will be processed later today and any fees incurred as a result of the delay will be reversed or reimbursed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
