My ex's dad died of bowel cancer. We only caught it bc I forced him to a&e with symptoms of a brain bleed. It had spread to his liver, kidneys, lungs and brain. He had no symptoms a year before his death.

Disabled people saying like: “I’ve got X, Y and Z illnesses, but I’m tired of bums with anxiety or back pain who claim benefits but they’re ok.”

I ask them exactly I ask the abled ableists: “do you have access to their medical records? Are you their dr?”

I have various physical, mental and neurodevelopmental conditions. But I don’t judge anyone on disability benefits. It’s not my business. It’s not yours either.

Pandering to the ableists won’t stop them coming for you eventually.
