@SHEIN_Official help! Shein US sent all of my items individually costing me $15 to collect each one! Why? Every single item regardless of different warehouses. Every single one? I have to pay roughly $180 just to collect themπ‘Oh & Shein take your money but dont respond!

@AmericanAir not responding since telling me I cannot claim for a damaged suitcase because I didn't get a report at the airport. I didn't get a report at the airport as I was in transit & could have missed my connection.Not fair, my case was still broken and I had to buy another.

@amazon have sent me an email confirming a refund and are now saying it wasn't issued and I am not getting it. I shop at Amazon lots. This is disgusting! False information from the rep whose name I really don't want to have to expose.

@British_Airways Her seating was booked and paid for in advance if you go back on the history, but Ba didn't charge me or my husband booking the return but wanted to charge her? Didn't make sense???
@British_Airways never came back to me. Our daughter flies back today and it was her birthday last week too. What a shame they couldn't help with her seat. Quickly took the fee to book though π€
@AirwaysShanell Unfortunately we were told we had to pay even though myself &husband didn't for same route once we paid the first part as we did for her also.The person just said pay now or 24 hours before. Disappointed as we fly the route regually & she is flying home alone after visiting us.
