A little update regarding enquiries 💌

Over the past month, I’ve experienced a significant increase in messages and am currently receiving 300+ enquiries every week across SMS, WhatsApp and email.

I’m incredibly grateful for the interest, but I also want to acknowledge that my response times have unfortunately been much slower than usual.

If you’ve messaged me and haven’t received a response yet, please know that I am not deliberately ignoring you. I’m simply working through a high volume of enquiries while also seeing my existing bookings throughout the day.

I completely understand that waiting for a response can be frustrating, particularly when you’re trying to organise an appointment.

I’m currently making some changes behind the scenes so I can manage the increased demand much more efficiently.

In the meantime, thank you so much for your patience. I am genuinely doing my best to get back to everyone as quickly as I can 💕
