@komal_sharma_29 I ask the student how they feel they have done. What they did well, what they must work on. It tells me if they have insight in their performance. I try not to say “you did this poorly.” I try to *challenge* them to work on x/y/z, so they know how to improve.

So I’m 1 24 hour ICU senior call away from being done with them. I’ve been specifically commended for my ability to “handle pressure and manage overnight admissions excellently”. I feel reasonably qualified to say as a resident: this 24h system is not worth it.
