So the same Opposition that spent weeks shouting about paper leaks just stormed the Well of the House shouting “NO! NO!” when the Anti-Paper Leak Bill was introduced.

The bill has proper teeth — ₹10 crore fine, 10 years jail, fast-track courts.

And their response was to block it.

Not amend it. Not debate the fine amount. Just straight rejection.

Students should take a note on who is blocking government in bringing this bill and giving justice to them

Now: Education Minister has resigned. Fast-track courts have been set up. Anti-paper leak Bill is ready to pass in parliament.

Still the Opposition isn't letting Parliament function.

Their agenda was never justice for students, it was always political drama and disruption fearing something really big.

Abhijeet - I don't think population based reservation is anything wrong. It should be there. If SCs are 15% of the population, they should get 15% reservation

Reporter - Then why not apply the same logic to paying taxes? If SCs are 15% of the population, should they also pay 15% of the total tax? Why should the general category pay all the tax? Shouldn't everyone contribute according to the same population logic? Would that be fair?

Initially even I wanted Pradhan’s resignation. Even I was looking for accountability. But over past 1 week I remained silent. Observed everything. And now I can clearly see that. The resignation bit looks more of an ego massage for CJP than arrogance of BJP.
Now I am convinced that the resignation is absolutely not needed. And accountability has been already taken and actions are taken too.

You remember the auction room of 2018. Some kid from Patiala, barely old enough to vote, zero first class games to his name, suddenly worth 4.8 crore. It looked like the kind of punt that destroys franchises.

From 2019 to 2022, Prabhsimran played just 6 IPL games. Punjab kept the chequebook open, kept him on roster, kept whispering about potential. But potential without release rots you. You spend nights in hotels carrying water bottles. You watch Gayle & Dhawan do your job. You start believing the auction price was a curse, not a blessing.

Come the 2025 auction, Punjab retained 2 players only. Shashank Singh & him. 4 crore for a keeper who had spent 4 years doing mostly nothing. He repaid them with 549 runs at 160 strike rate.
