I’m feeling bad for all the great @wrtv people who were walked out the door. channel 6 played a major role in the history of broadcasting in our city and so sad to see it end this way…From Carnegie to Howard Caldwell…on down the list. Our industry is a mess these days.
Lou Holtz heads up Notre Dame Avenue for the final time.
Knowing his sense of humor, we imagine he’s getting in one last laugh at everyone walking in the snowy conditions!
He will be buried at Cedar Grove Cemetery at Notre Dame next to his wife Beth.
Rest in Peace Coach Holtz.
