Serious allegations have emerged from Rench Panchayat under Delang Block, Puri district regarding the implementation of government welfare schemes and the handling of a sanctioned work code.

📌 A beneficiary claims that her "Mo Guhal" project was approved in the Palli Sabha and Gram Sabha in 2021, following which Work Code 2413009021/IF/1153963 was generated in 2022.

📌 Despite the approval and work code generation, the beneficiary allegedly did not receive the scheme benefits.

📌 If the project was not approved by the Gram Sabha and Palli Sabha, how was the work code generated in the first place?

📌 The beneficiary reportedly continued cattle rearing for several years under difficult conditions but remained deprived of the sanctioned benefit.

📌 Allegations have been raised regarding administrative delays, lack of accountability, and contradictory responses from concerned officials.

📌 There is a need for an independent inquiry into the approval process, work code generation, file movement, and implementation status of the project.

📌 Authorities should verify whether all procedures under MGNREGS and Rural Development guidelines were properly followed.

📌 If any irregularities are found, appropriate action should be taken against those responsible.
