@wholemars EV adoption is slower than it could be because of range anxiety. Treating that segment of people as crazies who “freak out” isn’t gonna win them over. And let’s be honest with ourselves that while teslas and EVs are better in many ways, range is a glaring shortcoming.

@slicknet Someone that puts business needs ahead of the crazy FE culture of reimplementing the next shiny thing, and makes code quality tradeoffs when necessary.

Sometimes getting it “done” (vs done “right”) is an existential question. Staff SWE balances business, product, and quality.

@ray4tesla I doubt the limited showroom floor models are going to be typical truck deliveries. The jury is still out for build quality until we see the 1000th or tens of thousandth build when they have to be pumping them out and quality control meets production ramp numbers

@fshsuit @let_wookiee_win I totally agree with you. The problem is every Taco Bell that has “breakfast” written on the street sign HAS NEVER SERVED BREAKFAST. I’ve only had Taco Bell breakfast once in my life and I’ve been hunting for that hit ever since.

@orangetheory Charging your customers because they missed the 30 day deadline by a few days is BAD BUSINESS. Now I'm paying for 60 days of a gym membership I'm not using. Despite a great program, now I can't recommend OT to anyone because they try to squeeze money out of you.
