@UC_Assist Asking customers for details just to appear responsive isn’t customer care - it’s damage control. Real care is when you actually fix the issue. Sadly, @urbancompany_UC seems more interested in optics than outcomes. Empty apologies, zero action @abhirajbhal

Customer service in India continues to disappoint. @urbancompany_UC started with great promise, but has now joined the list of companies prioritizing profits over customers. Unfortunate to see yet another brand lose sight of genuine service. Highly disappointed.

Today, we announced our Q2 FY'26 results, marking the midpoint of our FY'27 transformation journey.

A few highlights: We reported revenue of $1,586 million with 1.6% sequential growth - our strongest constant currency performance in ten quarters. Our EBIT margin expanded to 12.1%, with Manufacturing up 5.2%, BFSI up 6.2%, and Retail, Transport & Logistics leading at 7.2% growth. We closed $816M in net new deals, up 57% on a last twelve months basis.
