@jameygannon is an absolute legend.
Came to her for a rebrand and she helped us find our way to vibrational energy. She understood the vibe immediately and translated it straight into the brand - radiance, gradients, palettes that glow, confident without needing to prove it.
The first thing we're building at @getmilana is an AI product engineer that learns from users to automatically improve your product. We're also unlocking AI native customer intelligence: bringing user behavior context wherever your team already works.
- Support ticket: see what the user actually did
- Bug report: reproduce it
- Building an eval: pull from real user behavior
Milana does all of it. Already ingesting millions of sessions.

(1/n) User-generated content (UGC) has evolved as one of the most successful innovations that has helped take gaming to the next level over the past decade. With Roblox, Minecraft, etc. setting the stage, the landscape is ripe for ‘TikTokization’ by democratizing UGC further
Super excited to partner with Romita and team as they build @FoxtaleSkin, a highly efficacious and affordable skin care brand. The relentless product focus and unique GTM is truly disruptive!

5/n: As manufacturers get more advanced (design themselves, use tech - software & hardware) they're bound to capture more value.
However, taking inventory risk (hitherto taken by brands) is key to enjoying this upside. This is where a new brand + tech platform comes in.
4/n: Seeing this play out in the physical goods space as well - value flowing from marketplaces to large brands & now to manufacturers.
Why now?: 1) Digitisation of B2B commerce 2) Strengthening capabilities of Indian manufacturers across spaces (eg. skincare, cotton textiles)
7/n:
2) Creator monetization tools:
(a) Your favourite influencer (who has your trust) can be discovered by + make money from brands in a more frictionless manner
(b) Influencer marketing (+ intelligence around it) will become table-stakes for brands
6/n: For brands: (a) Higher conversion (less broken chain) for 5% fee (b) Giving up of some customer data vs. own website (IMO, been a key impediment to widespread US adoption so far, however, likely to get traction now given Shop Pay integration --> customer identity known)
