We are 2 generations of #offshorewind behind Europe. Cape Wind/Block Island should have been followed by 2nd wave of rising size (& dropping cost), creating US supply chain, workforce etc. Current crop of projects would have followed . Missed opportunities, but we can catch up!
Remember when Massachusetts offshore wind was proposed at $200/MWh? Try this one on for size: $70/MWh for Mayflower Wind, $7 below the accepted bid price. @sethlkap https://t.co/ubJ50NNGBK
@RideBluebikes Yeah, in the postings and news about it there was no indication of the limit. Which kind of makes people think it was kind of a scam - big announcement about very few codes being available
@MBTA@transitmatters@taydolven@universalhub Great. There was a group of riders standing in the cold, including a couple of frail looking older women, who stepped in front of the bus literally begging the driver to let us on. She waved us off and seemed quite annoyed that were asking her to let us board
@AriPeskoe Cool. But we need to get you out of collapsing Musk land - I gently nudge you to use your https://t.co/iCfXDVeekh account and show that to the people still occasionally gathering around this burning trash can
@elonmusk I break my long silence here (used to be heavy user but I have fled) to directly say we are going to buy an EV &: while your company makes cool cars we aren't buying one and here is another reason why. You are actively destroying your companies

@abrahamjoseph Review is full of jacket blurb material, "revelatory", "a captivating dive into a spectacle that cannot genuinely be categorized as a real sport but that nonetheless relies on the talents of world-class athletes"
@jasonbnpr Are you yet another Western MA goat person?
It has been great hearing you travel the world - taking me back to sitting next to you in the Boston City Council chamber during your @WBUR days. Waiting for feature on BUR where you introduce @thebrodybeat to the goats
@PeterOlivier My daughter DMed me this tweet since she knows I am not usually on Twitter these days (cough, https://t.co/l2Iopodeit ahem) I note renewable energy is another also good topic for engaging climate dads
Non-pro tip for transit riders like #MBTA Green Line where there are spots intended for wheelchairs, strollers & other mobility aids: if you are standing in that area and such a wheeled person rolls on: MOVE
@lesliemolson Checked Twitter for first time in awhile. It has gotten weirder during time I stepped away. Of course you are primary person I miss seeing "here"
I check Mastodon a bit more, it is interesting but quieter which is both bad and good. Not posting much to either one.
