@AmericanAir and @British_Airways, after turning us away for connecting flight to London, you sent our bags there. Six days later, we got them back damaged. Cannot get a human on the phone. EPIC FAIL

Epic fail @AmericanAir got us to DFW too late for our connection, then "partner" @British_Airways turned us away at the gate, while the plane was still there. Missed London, returned home to reschedule entire trip. Can't get a human on phone for refund. Also, bags went to London!
