Filmmaker person who does comedy stuff. I talk about movies, music, weird TV and anything screenwriting/filmmaking. I made this documentary @SilkwormDoc
Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you a character I’ve been working on for the last couple of years...THE MOST INJURED MAN IN AMERICA #actor#setlife#mywifeamy
#MyXAnniversary (I’m literally only posting this to clear out my notifications. I’d say about 10 years of this was fun joking, celebrity staking and the last 5 have been like an old Super Nintendo sitting in a closet- I see it and think, oh yeah, that was fun once)
ICYMI: @SethPomeroy joins us for the first pod of 2026! In this ep, we’re chugging the Valentino Rossi (he’s a motorcycle racer, can’t believe y’all didn’t know that) @MonsterEnergy. Then we chat about @RicFlairNatrBoy’s INCREDIBLE Cameos. JOTW from @KSEofficial. Lynx-N-Reply
@watkinseandre Oh yeah, even the Apple Venus records they put out in the 2000’s are really great. My favorite one is “The Big Express” but it’s a real oddball record of theirs. “Drums and Wire” and “Black Sea” are the classic ones.
@watkinseandre Oh man, if you ever need XTC recommendations, I got you. One of my favorite bands- I call them the weirdo Beatles. Need to dig in to INXs more, I’ll look up the one you mentioned
Though I do think Robert Zemeckis, more than anybody, needs to update all of his films like 50 years from now when the effects are guaranteed to not look like shit
@schwartzhawke I hate this. I get that we live in internet world where we all get to delete context and judge, but seriously, if you made a movie and someone did this with your “mistakes”, it would be much longer & you would feel very very bad. Don’t put so much effort into being a jerk.
In an effort to throw the algorithm, I’d like to turn your attention to Tony Hendra and Heathcliff, the cartoon cat. Both are similarly named and much more deserving of your time.
TODAY ON THE PODCAST! @SethPomeroy is back at Disgraceland to chug some JOCKO MÖLK and chat about a tragic magic show, controversy at a wildlife crossing, and the MOST DANGEROUS movie ever made. Rockwell's "Somebody's Watching Me" is our JAM OF THE WEEK! Tune in now. Lynx-N-Reply
@Bafflegabs Totally! Every cast has its own alchemy that works for the show. It always blows my mind the sheer number of comedians they’ve given a platform too- 19x5 =95! That’s insane. Taskmaster is a job creator!
@Bafflegabs Hell yeah, can’t wait! I’m loving this cast so far! It’s pretty amazing how they manage to cast such an eclectic group of weirdos season after season. I always think I’m not gonna like the new cast as much as the old one and 3 episodes in, I’m in love with all of them
