It was another good weekend at the office. Sauce ran at Morse High School in San Diego, CA. He won a gold medal in the 100m and 400m. #Speedkills

I’m super proud of my youngest son, Sachio “Sauce” Shigg. He competed at the Phoenix Invitational this weekend and left his mark. Sauce took home a bronze medal in all 3 of his events. We enjoyed this weekend but back to the lab on Monday.
