@lancecheek Of these, definitely Stevie Wonder’s “Songs in the Key of Life.” But off the list, others in the running would be Steely Dan’s “The Royal Scam” and Bowie’s “Station to Station”
@lancecheek Great year and a close call, but of these, probably The Band, “Music From Big Pink,” but the Beatles’ White Album is a very close second, and the Stones’ “Beggar’s Banquet” gets the Bronze medal.
@JVMonte2 The Who, “Quadrophenia” and Stevie Wonder’s “Innervisions” definitely. As for the third, probably Led Zeppelin’s “Houses of the Holy,” but pretty tough to leave Bruce, Elton or Bowie’s albums behind, let alone Roxy Music. Tough year.
@FunMovieTVFan Probably The Kinks’ “You Really Got Me” and GnR’s “Paradise City,” but AC/DC’s “Back in Black” would get serious consideration. I love Van Halen, but there’d be a bunch of other songs of theirs I’d want to play, rather than “Jump.”
