At my last real estate “job/mentorship/partnership” before going off on my own, the company i partnered with owned a few hundred apartment units

One day they mentioned they had to start a few evictions, and explained in order to get a bad tenant out, you had to sue in court, spend thousands of dollars, and wait months for the full process to carry out

I was truly puzzled, so i asked “do you want me to just call a few of my friends to go over and talk to them?”

They looked at me like i had 3 heads

One of those moments where i just knew i was going to do business differently lol
