Hear hear! This was one of my favorite sessions at KubeCon NA 2023. Practical examples of sprinkling some o11y on your code, reaping great benefits in confidence.

@MartinDotNet @jamieedanielson
I love this slide so much. It's actually a statement from @jamieedanielson as part of a presentation at Kubecon.
It's so simple, and yet, completely covers what Observability is, and it's not about the data.
Exciting times for a .NET developer! It's great to see @OpenTelemetry taking centerstage with #dotnetaspire , the new cloud ready stack.

Weβre hoping that aspire will cause more libraries in the .NET ecosystem to add telemetry by default. Shifting telemetry information and traces all the way left to the inner loop lets you get a glimpse of what data is being exported by default.
#dotnet#aspire
@Ericmustin Good luck! It seems that some instability helps prioritize talks about resiliency and Observability. Not that I'd wish that upon you all to prioritize your presentation.. π
@kaslinfields It's so cool see this after getting on my plane having just bumped into you at the airport! Congratulations! It's inspiring to see your work and @CloudNativeFdn recognizing it. Did you find a place to stash it on your flight? π
