@amazonIN I placed an order "171-4993476-9495513" on Aug 9th,2026 and raised its return on August 11th, 2026.product has not been picked for return till date and return was cancelled without my consent. Need a resolution on this since return pickup date keeps getting extended.

@AmazonHelp I am not receiving proper response from Amazon support. They are mentioning social media team is handling this and they are not able to support. I am waiting 2 months for a simple return. I am left with no other option than escalating to senior leadership for their visibility.

@AmazonHelp Hey, it's been two months since I raised the return request. This makes no sense. Return pickup date keeps extending without my consent. Whenever I contact customer care, they are mentioning that social media team is handling the issue. Hence they are not able to take action.
