🚨 Big Changes Coming to LRP & LGM for 2027! 🚨

✅ Unborn cattle coverage expanded from 599# to 900# and can now be booked up to a full year out.

✅ Cull cow coverage extended to 52 weeks.

✅ Fed cattle and LGM weight limits increased to 1,800#.

✅ Producers can now hold both LRP and LGM policies in the same ending month (not on the same cattle), creating more risk management flexibility.

✅ Beginning Farmer/Rancher status now extends to 10 years, unlocking additional premium savings for eligible producers.

✅ More flexibility for forage disaster exemptions.

✅ LGM updates include higher target weights and revised ownership requirements.

✅ LRP Fed Cattle pricing model update may provide higher available coverage prices beginning July 1.

📅 Don't forget—the transfer window is open now through July 1.

BREAKING: Iran's Fars News releases a statement following President Trump's post stating a US-Iran deal would be announced "shortly" earlier today:

"It should be noted that American officials have acknowledged in multiple messages to Iran that Trump's posts are primarily for promotional purposes and media consumption within the US, and they have recommended that no attention be paid to these statements," Fars News says.

In 1941, San José State traveled by boat to Hawai’i to play 2 postseason bowl games. Pearl Harbor was hit on December 7, and the games were never played. Several SJSU players helped in recovery efforts, helping the injured and even delivering babies. Some stayed in Hawai’i full time to assist in the war. It’s a wonderful story and a testament to how Football teaches positive lessons and that some things are bigger than Football.

2025 Notre Dame was also invited to a bowl game and didn’t play in one, because they didn’t really feel like it.

@ScottDochterman I never really paid attention to these stories that closely. Jayce is my nephew, when it’s your family and community involved these things are way more special than I ever realized. I went back and looked at older recipients stories and I hope they keep the tradition!
