Disembarkation day is shaping up to be as bad and delayed as embarkation day. Been patiently waiting on deck 10 since 8am and no one’s been called to disembark. So many hiccups with this ship. Many slip and falls, long wait times, uninformed staff#CarnivalVenezia @CarnivalCruise

@VerizonSupport Our modem stopped working on us. What are repair options? I would think you’d offer the option for someone to repair it. Reps on the phone said we could rent one but said their system was down and they couldn’t place the order for it. But why would we pay at all?
