Finally when I asked for their names, employee ID and escalation matrix and when showed them that I have tweeted my ordeal and told them that losing my aadhar is a crime, they became active and got my luggage and found my aadhar as well. Careless and chaotic to say the least!

Air India flight AI -6961, Flight was supposed to depart at 11.30, when I reached airport I was rescheduled to 4.30 flight. When I cancelled, AI staff is refusing to hand me back my luggage and misbehaving at the counter, complete chaos @airindiain #Wingsofchange @TataCompanies

I was asked to go to Gate 1 and receive my luggage, I was made to stand for almost 2 hours, the staff was disrespectful, had no clue about my luggage (They had lost it) and were so careless that they lost my aadhar card as well.

The situation in Canada is really concerning. When the leaders run away and do not engage in meaningful dialogue, democracy is under danger! We must listen to the truckers ! I advise Justin Trudeau to engage the truckers, we believe in dialogue!
