Our Heroes and Helpers unit started off with 2 wonderful presentations! We learned how the Police help our community and how nurses make our lives better. Are they heroes? You bet!! #rvsed #CCAconnect

The budget has an increase of 4.4 % but we needed to see an increase of 13% to see our students funded on the Canadian average. This funding will not keep pace with inflation and student growth.
But wait! You know what got a 13.5% increase? Private education. Again-choices.

•𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐦…let them fail without quickly trying to save them

•𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐀𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 30 𝐦𝐢𝐧/𝐝𝐚𝐲…preferably something they want to read! 📖

•𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞/𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲…helps kids with several life skills including problem solving & sharing

@ABDanielleSmith If you hadn't removed rate caps and freezes on electricity, water, and every other essential utility, we wouldn't be seeing unreasonable bills. In one month - when our house used LESS power overall, our bill more than doubled after you lifted the rate caps. This is on you Dani.
