बैंक कर्मचारियों की यूनियन ने सप्ताह में दो दिन अवकाश की मांग को लेकर अगले तीन दिन हड़ताल की घोषणा की है।

मैंने कल इसी मुद्दे पर यह वीडियो बनाया था। कमेंट में बड़ी संख्या में बैंक कर्मचारियों ने अपनी परेशानी और काम के दबाव के बारे में लिखा।

वीडियो यहां भी लगा रहा हूं, ताकि उनकी बात सरकार और आम लोगों तक भी पहुंचे-और हम उस दबाव को भी समझें, जिसके बीच बैंक कर्मचारी हर दिन काम करते हैं।

NABARD employees have announced their support for the three-day bank strike scheduled from September 28 to September 30, 2026. The decision was taken at a meeting of the All India NABARD Employees’ Association (AINBEA) on September 25. As a mark of support for bank employees and officers participating in the strike under the United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU), NABARD employees will organise lunch-hour demonstrations across the country on September 29.

बैंक अगर 5 days a week खुले/कार्यरत रहें तो कोई समस्या नहीं होगी. उनकी मांग पर सरकार सहानुभूतिपूर्वक विचार कर सकती है. Online transactions को भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा.

बैंक कर्मचारी 10 से 8 बजे तक काम करके भी नहीं थकता है इसलिए उनको 5Days Work नहीं मिलना चाहिए !

केंद्रीय कर्मचारी , आरबीआई, DFS, नाबार्ड , एलआईसी, बाँकी इन्शुरन्स कंपनिया , IRDA, ISRO, BHEL, बाँकी पीएसयू 10 से 6 बजे तक काम करके थक जाते हैं इसलिए उनको शनिवार की छुट्टी है !
