I think the core message NANOさん was trying to convey was lost in translation.

Yes, there are SO MANY restrictions when it comes to supporting or seeing your favorite Japanese artists. It’s great that people are being vocal about it, but again, that’s not what’s they are talking about.

This read to me as take the opportunity to support your favorite JP artists when the miracle of performing overseas DOES happen. Genuinely, it is a miracle when even one show happens. So much can go wrong in the planning phases. It’s a very financially heavy venture to take on the farther and longer they want to go. Most of all, visas can make or break an overseas live. All it takes is one flight delay, one officer at immigration, one forgotten 0 on the financial sheet, one major miscommunication from JP to EN staff, and so much more than can jeopardize an overseas performance.

JP artists are not kidding when they say it’s a miracle even one performance can happen.

So again, as I’ve spread this message so much here, please not only SHOW DEMAND but SHOW UP when you can! So much goes into bringing your favorite Japanese artists and idol groups, so don’t take the moment for granted 🙏
