How many principals does one school need? Miles is either bad at hiring or bad at coaching. Or maybe both! What else would explain this level of school leadership turnover in 5 years? If he can't do his regular job well, we can't give him $4.4B worth of more responsibility!

@ProfeDeAngelo Love this perspective. As a parent I would even settle for limited homework. I think kids would be so much happier and still could be prepared for the next level without hours of homework each night.
