@MarcLore Great article @MarcLore. According to Moser 150 cities like that failed. Israeli kibbutz model is interesting, eg. Kibbutz Sasa (for profit), but may not work in the US. But with an EB1 program to attract and retain the best of the best immigrant founders, I liked your idea.
