@garissick Similar situation a few years ago and sometimes relapse but the 1 thing that helps get out and improve the quality of living is to force yourself to fix stuff until it becomes routine you get used to it and it helps your mind

@garissick Alot of this can be helped with consistent routine (they are mostly physical but will significantly help ur mental health in the long run) work on the staying up late, dehydration, sitting for too long/exercise, and messy environment it'll take about a
