In IMC parallel approaches using PRM.
There is also a procedure in VMC called SODPROPS in low TFC modes Depart 16L arrive 34R simultaneous.

@Sigi_here @TheOfficialJVS @BBC3CR So it's a bit different down there. Victoria have rules on who can enter their state and that is where the medical exemption applies. The borders of Australia are controlled by the Federal government which is a different hurdle. You have to satisfy both.
