@DasminDoll45007 Took me about 4 months:/ i do not recommend what i did at all— I almost died of heart failure from low potassium.. I didn’t eat and rarely drank anything at the beginning. My acid reflux made it way worse so all I could handle was soup sometimes…but now I do eat small portions;p
