This is over 2 years now that we finished every process required to to able to access our late dad money with PALPENSION. All process duly done but up till now nothing was receive. We go to the branch office constantly but nothing is don.Please do something

@UNIONBANK_NG @cenbank Tis over 1 week that i cant access mobile app (profile block) I have contacted the customer service for like 3 times with my credit o and i even went to a branch 10km away to compliant but still nothing and no network for new credit card.i gave yu guys 2 days to unblock
