Prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary
Sacred Heart of Jesus,
burning with love and mercy for us,
I place before You everything I am carrying tonight.
You know the worries I have spoken aloud
and the ones I have kept hidden.
You know the people I fear for,
the situations I cannot repair,
and the prayers that have been waiting a long time for an answer.
Jesus, receive them all.
Bring healing where there is suffering.
Bring peace where there is conflict.
Bring provision where there is need.
Bring reconciliation where love has been wounded.
And where fear has taken hold,
let Your presence become stronger than everything that frightens us.
Immaculate Heart of Mary,
Mother who remained faithful beside Jesus through suffering and sorrow,
pray for us.
Take the names of our children, our families, and those we love
and carry them in your maternal intercession before your Son.
When we cannot protect them,
ask God to guard them.
When we cannot reach them,
ask the Holy Spirit to guide them.
When they are hurting and we do not know how to help,
remain close to them and lead them toward Jesus.
Today I entrust this special intention to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary:
[Place your intention here.]
Sacred Heart of Jesus,
heal what has been wounded in us.
Forgive what needs forgiveness.
Restore what can be restored.
Strengthen what has become weak
and give us the grace to trust You with what we cannot control.
Immaculate Heart of Mary,
teach us to remain faithful when answers are delayed,
to pray when we are afraid,
and to keep pointing our hearts toward Christ.
May our homes belong to Jesus.
May our decisions be guided by God.
May our families be protected from evil, division, and despair.
And may every trial we face draw us closer to the One who never abandons us.
Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us.
Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us.
Amen.
May the love of Christ remain over our homes, the intercession of His Mother accompany our families, and the peace of God settle over every intention entrusted here.
If you’re a praying person, I’m asking you to help me reach Heaven for my lil girl ... 🙏💜
In case you didn’t know, this week has been rough on us.
Tuesday morning, Kynsley had a seizure. That afternoon, she started complaining that her heart was beating fast and hurting. At first, I thought it could be an aftereffect of the seizure.
Two days later, she had another seizure—and again complained about her heart beating fast and hurting.
I called her neurologist and was advised to take her to her primary care doctor for an EKG. We decided to take her to urgent care instead. Her EKG came back borderline, and we were given a referral to a pediatric cardiologist. I’ll be calling first thing in the morning to try to get her a same-day appointment.
As of right now, she has had five seizures today.
Please say a prayer—or two—for my girl. And if you have one to spare, please say one for this worried mama, too.
I’ll keep everyone updated as we make it through tonight and learn more tomorrow.
Thank y’all so much for every prayer. 💜
12. Pratique a respiração profunda, o oxigênio é a terapia anti-idade mais barata.
13. Faça quebra-cabeças, leia e aprenda, o cérebro envelhece quando não é estimulado.
14. Pare de ficar sentado por longas horas, ficar sentado é o novo cigarro em qualquer idade.
15. Ria mais, o riso reduz o estresse e fortalece a imunidade.
JESUS DIED AT 33 YEARS OLD... The human spine has 33 vertebrae. The same structure that holds us up is the same number of years He held this Earth.
We have 12 ribs on each side. 12 disciples. 12 tribes of Israel. God built His design into our bones. He wrote Heaven into our anatomy.
The vagus nerve runs from your brain to your heart and gut. It calms storms inside the body. It looks just like a cross. That’s the power source running through us. Every time your body heals, every time your heart slows in prayer, every time peace shows up when it shouldn’t…that’s Him.
Jesus rose on the third day. Science tells us that when you fast for 3 days, your body starts regenerating. Old cells die. New ones are born. Healing begins. Your body literally resurrects itself. That’s not coincidence. That’s design.
And it keeps going.
Your heart has an electrical rhythm. Your brain lights up when you pray. Tears contain different chemicals depending on if you're crying from joy or grief. The blood speaks. The bones store memory. The body worships whether you realize it or not.
We are fearfully and wonderfully made. We are walking prophecy. Walking tabernacles. Dust and divinity in one.
God didn’t just create you. He carved Himself into you.
You don’t need to look far to find Him. You just need to look inward. He’s been in the design since the beginning. - Todd Parry
