@TheEconomist The Uni of Brighton has been trying to renew its subscription since the start of Feb. 4 emails and a message on an answerphone and still nothing. Sub expires on 28th Feb. Why is it so hard for us to renew via the groupsubscriptions team?

@VSTSupport We have been given this information via another route but I have worked out that what you actually need to do is register with a uni email address first. If we just tell users to sign in with their uni email address, obviously they won't get anywhere.
