@DebodeepChowdh2 Hahaha, hope they resolve my issue soon, like they did to yours, this is my first time writing on X, after calling their customer care but call being responded by bots. Like, I paid for what I wanted, and I'm not even getting it. That's not good right?

@Airtel_Presence I have went through the reply, and gave a response in detail, as the reply didn't met the expectations that I was hoping for my issue. Kindly reconsider checking my reply again and rectify my griveances, as a loyal and genuine consumer, I would expect a favourable response.

@DebodeepChowdh2 Okay, mine was the 5g unlimited issue, where 4g daily data quota was getting deducted, and I wasn't able to experience 5g unlimited, despite it showing 5g full bar.
Airtel is good but, sometimes they mess things up, hoping to get my issue resolved soon, hope yours did.

It's been last Sunday i.e on 7thJune, I am not being able to use my unlimited 5g despite being in a 5g location, the data is getting deducted from my 4g,2gb data pack, I have only used 145gb this month, and my recharge is of 349inr. Please help.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also I have tried contacting the customer care 121,198 and even the other toll free number, but despite me making calls,it gets picked by a Bot, and doesn't even respond to the griveance that I have, but keep repeating it's same script. Kindly help me fix this issue.
