@fIu0ras once afterwards my hearing was gone for several minutes, and then muffled for at least an hour. it's not a fun feeling either. my advice is practice falling now so your body will be trained to fall right even when you can't consciously control it.

@flylikeemm @Rynn_s05 when you do it doesn't matter and brushing your teeth will not save them or fix the body-wide damage purging causes. your body will still vomit bile. you are vomiting out the contents of your stomach.

you need to try harder to find real information on purging.

it took a few years for me to really feel bad my dad died. it just never really "clicked" for me. if something really bad happens, especially related to death, my brain just seems to run into an error and shut down.

I used to make these like once a day. I didn't add water tho. the stevia and cornstarch really helps
