@Graham_SFN @49ers_Access I would not agree. Maybe it’s because I was a huge fan of Carver Willis, but I see him being better than any LG last year. Depth was a problem last year too. Toth is Hennessy level(if not better). I’m not saying the Oline is great, but it is better imo.

@Coach_Yac The health of Bosa. A healthy bosa changes the numbers on defense. A strong defense gives the offense more room for error. Ditto this with Fred's health but Fred generally stays healthy(knock on wood)

@GusMcCrae100 @DannyG_49 @Graham_SFN @SportsOnly14 Not to say they will hit but Deebo became an all pro until his 3rd season and Aiyuk until his 4th. Bosa was a top 2 pick which makes him built different, and Warner wasn’t all pro level early on. Who’s to say Pearsall and Puni don’t break out?

@benphillips_16 @Coach_Yac @sfdata9ers This is also seen in getting aaron banks vs creed Humphrey, spencer burford vs Zach Tom, Trading up for Lance when you wanted Stafford, etc. Or in a decision like running up to stop an Aiyuk trade and seeing everything play out. Decisions seem to be made on emotion at times.

@benphillips_16 @Coach_Yac @sfdata9ers I absolutely agree. They have an archaic process and love to go against consensus. A more sensible front office would probably have helped this team win one superbowl. I think Lynch should be fired if the team struggles.

@benphillips_16 @Coach_Yac @sfdata9ers My point is part of the reason that they haven’t had a lot of great receivers is because their resource allocation has gone to other positions (mainly the lance trade). Most day 3 picks aren’t Puka. And even then they got a good receiver in Jennings.

@benphillips_16 @Coach_Yac @sfdata9ers The Niners have only spent round 1-2 capital on 3 players: Aiyuk, Deebo, and Pearsall. They are all good receivers, with two being all pros and Pearsall showing flashes barring health. They missed badly on Gray and Hurd, but apart from that only invested in day 3 dart throws.
