My 15 minutes of fame are here. I would definitely recommend going to a Bronco Off-Roadeo if you ever get the chance!

@Rory_Carroll I don’t understand. Apple CarPlay offers free navigation. Why would you want to pay a monthly subscription for that, especially from a service that’s likely to have worse maps?
@mrlevine@Motor1com Interesting. I wonder if buyers are opting for the automatic for the faster speed or if the Mustang demographic is just getting older (given vehicle pricing) and therefore preferring the convenience of two pedals.
@EvanMandery@tarawestover@eminietfeld Acceptance is very insightful into the survivor experience. It was cathartic for me, and provided language that was helpful with self understanding. Some of the harder moments felt minimized, but that’s one of the first things you learn when moving into higher stations of life.
Educated by @tarawestover was a great book. I also enjoyed Poison Ivy by @EvanMandery. Looking for suggestions for some new reading material. Can be older and dense, but must be educational and/or thoughtful.
@EvanMandery@tarawestover@eminietfeld Thanks. It’s encouraging to read about others who started further back and traveled farther forward. It normalizes an uncommon experience. My undergraduate alma mater, Wayne State, jumpstarted my journey of upward mobility. WashU, however, is what really changed my trajectory.
Spotted a VW ID. Buzz in the wild today. Looks great in person. This was a five person model that had plenty of room in the rear. Hopefully they will bring a seven passenger camper version to the US!
@Local4News How do you plan to balance environmental demands relative to affordability and electrical grid reliability (especially in a state where cold weather can lead to loss of life during power outages)?
@Local4News Is nuclear on the table to reduce emissions and support the increased electricity usage forecast with the increased production of PHEV and electric vehicles? Will natural gas power plants be a long term part of future “green” power including wind, solar, and hydroelectric ?
