@QVC how do I return this trash @HP printer that i got for christmas, because once you have to replace a cartridge, it does not recognize the printer anymore. I literally cannot use this trash printer. A waste of time & money!

@QVC My mother bought this printer for me in Nov for xmas. It's been a mess to set up and then I had to change the cartridge last night, and it's saying that the cartridge can only work with already enrolled printers. I couldn't have gotten the first cartridge unless it was enrolled

@HP unplugged it, Put the garbage printer back in the box and I'm canceling my HP instant ink subscription even though I have 2 more free months on it. Next we're going to call @QVC to see if we can get this garbage printer refunded

GO BACK TO SCHOOL @HP DEVELOPERS. I changed my ink yet it's telling me the cartridge can only be used on a printer that's already enrolled. And guess what when I look at the printer that I'm using it says it's already enrolled!!! GARBAGE SOFTWARE AND PRINTER!!!
