Project Shasta by Adobe is normally meant for speech enhancement, but what if you give it a guitar recording instead? It'll try to convert the guitar to speech. It sounds like something music producers could experiment with. Listen:

It was awesome to have sound designer and electronic musician @RichardDevine come talk to our students in a wonderful masterclass that covered topics all the way from modular to wavetable synthesis, to making sounds for cars.
It was great to welcome back orchestrator, conductor, composer, and sworn enemy of redundant notation Tim Davies @debreved (Frozen 1&2 La La Land, Kendrick Lamar...), for our continuing series of one-on-one feedback sessions and a masterclass.

It was fantastic having composer, @theawfc president, and @joymusichouse CEO @cathjoymusic back for a day of one-on-one sessions and a masterclass for TAC students. Thanks for the time and priceless advice in music and business, and can't wait to have you back!
Such a great thread, thanks for putting this together Colin!
I'll also mention that Gordon gave perhaps my favorite (and most mindblowing) #GDC#gameaudio lecture of all time, talking about his interactive music innovations in the SSX franchise!
