I am facing a issue where Stb is not delivered and it is 10 days and no resolution. Called the jio team multiple times no resolution and now they say there is a situation where their staff is inefficient to visit .
When I ask for cancellation they ask 1k
@JioCare Hi It doesnot matter but whats the point if there is no information given now so is the irony that without knowing my area or my phone number of registration you have given me just a generic solution.
If 9th March and today is 17th .Mar i have called 10 times no response phone

Its so saadening to see that I have already paid the full amount for a fibre connection on 9th March and after so many calls to your customer team still no solution . It is so saadening to see this state of jio fibre platform.

I have raised a ticket with you guys ,ticket no 2627047.
So the executive told me ,The problem is from your app end and because of that I am not able to open my account in the app as I have used same number in FI. Now kindly delete my data so.I can use my PAN
Two things have been recently been added to my routine -
1. Hearing voice of Mr Joshi or anyone from BJP asking for a vote every morning from a different spam number .
2.Blocking that number every day.
Note-I am not a supporter of any party.
Is this happening with anyone else?
