いままでもフロー連携などSlack連携はいくつか方法がありましたが、
SalesforceのUI上にSlackがついに到来しました。

Chatterはお役御免となるのかも今後注目です。

6月リリースのSalesforce Summer'25では
フローの「レコードを取得」要素がベータ版ながら大幅に進化します。

レコードの親レコードと子レコードを1度の「レコードを取得」で一括取得可能になります。
何度もレコード取得する必要はもうありません。

Summer25ではフローのメール送信アクションも進化します。

送信者タイプを組織のメールアドレスに設定する際、いままでは「OrgWideEmailAddress」と直書きが必要でしたが今後はプルダウンから選択できます。

本文をフロー内で記載 or メールテンプレート使用の使い分けもしやすくなりました。
