I still haven’t heard the outcome of my case as they have put me off every 10 days up to 8/30 and now they just keep putting that it’s being reviewed. Icontacted our local post office and they were the ones that told me that they were delivered in LA. I hope that you can help me.

I canceled an order on 6/22/26. I emailed the seller the same day to cancel. They took the money out of my bank account on 6/23/26, but didn’t ship the product till 6/30/26. They provided me with a tracking number showing the product was delivered in LA.
