@RoyalMailHelp Windsor PO and DO passing the buck between them. No-one taking responsibility for finding it. I’ve been told to come to DO during opening hours - between 6:30 and 7am!! Beyond frustrated.

Absolutely APPALLING service from @RoyalMail. I’m trying to track down a package held at the Windsor DO. I’ve requested to be sent to Windsor PO. I received a confirmation via email. But now it seems the item is being held at the DO without any reason given. 1/2
