This is not Reformed Baptist Orthodoxy @RefugeUtah. This is evil.
Ephesians 5:11–14:
Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them. 12 For it is shameful even to speak of the things that they do in secret. 13 But when anything is exposed by the light, it becomes visible, 14 for anything that becomes visible is light. Therefore it says,
“Awake, O sleeper,
and arise from the dead,
and Christ will shine on you.”
I’m not enough. I don’t have everything together. And I don’t need anyone to tell me about my potential.
I need to know about the One who is all sufficient. The One who shed His blood for my sins. The One who died and rose again. The One who credits me with His righteousness.
@GribbenC@EddyEkofo I remember reading an Owen book years ago, I think it was DoD, but I’m not sure where he addresses the idea of aliens. Do you recall that?
@isaiahplafone Maybe a better question would be “best Baptist argument against WCF covenant theology?”
One argument: How can a covenant administer Christ that won’t even allow Him to be the priest?
Q: From a WCF Covenant Theology how does baptism “the sign and seal of the NC” not become null and void when applied to one that is not circumcised of heart in light of Rom. 2:25-29?
