The best players make their teammates better. Do you?
"To be a good player on your team, you have to affect someone else on the team. You have to cause them to play better by the way you play."

@MN_BCA Extremely proud of this kid for putting in the work to get here. He’s probably been to more showcases than anyone under the age of 25 🤣, but finally gets to participate as a player! Excited to see @KoldenJ2029 compete, learn, grow.
@GoJacksMBB@bpetersen22@matthew_mors Had the pleasure of coaching Matthew on our team at the @MN_BCA showcase after his sophomore year of HS. He was a stud then, been really fun to follow his career ever since. Congrats, @matthew_mors !
If the coach is “always” the problem and you skip from high school to high school or AAU team to AAU team.. maybe it’s time to look in the mirror and take some accountability
You ultimately can’t run from yourself.
I'm convinced @DukeWBB Coach Kara Lawson is one of the best leaders in sports. This clip on urgency, growth not being linear, and the idea that there is no finish line is superb:
🥱 Need It > Want It. The people who win aren’t always the most gifted, they’re the ones who refuse to look away from what’s required RIGHT NOW. They stay present with the hard, the boring, and the uncomfortable, and they attack anyway. Wanting shows up when it’s convenient; needing shows up when it costs you something.
📈📉 Growth isn’t a straight line. There will be peaks that tempt your ego and valleys that test your belief. Real leadership is keeping your urgency and sharpness intact through all of it. Trusting that consistency is what will carry you through. Don't let your own impatience with stagnancy take your spirit.
🏁 There is no finish line where you finally get to coast, only new levels that ask more of you. Better is a direction, not a destination. The “ceiling” you feel is often just an imaginary story you’ve told yourself about what’s possible. Growth asks for the endurance to keep going and the humility to treat every day, every season, every year as another chance to get better.
Bring urgency to the way you show up every day. Don't ever give up on your own growth. 🌱
@ChadHartmanShow@Gaardsy@MinnesotaMunn At what point should there be discussion about his name on a banner in the rafters? A guy with the team from season 1 until now, through all that has been the Timberwolves?
In the two games the Wolves have lost in this series, they shot 30% of their shots at the rim and in the three games they’ve won, they shot more than 40% of their shots at the rim.
Asked Finch last night (below) about offense drying up at the rim.
It makes sense that the two games they got to the rim least were the game Ant was least healthy (Game 1) and the game Ant was out (Game 5).
@Hendos_Hobbies@LSHS_Cougars@LakevilleAreaPS I know Blake personally. A crappy situation. We need to be more proactive in supporting coaches so we’re not on the defense when it comes to changing a decision.
Closed circuit to the Minnesota high school basketball communities. Now, more than ever, if you support your head coaches, let that be known with your administration louder than you ever have. If you don’t, the vocal minority will continue to negatively impact MN basketball.

Love how Matt Painter trusts his staff
One of the rare coaches that doesn’t think it’s about him
Assistant Coach, PJ Thompson drawing up some fire here for the Boilermakers
Purdue Head Coach Matt Painter with just a flat out awesome answer in his viewpoint of Queens HC Grant Leonard and the tampering going on at this time of the year
Worth everyone's time
